Paragraph 3A Supply of samplesF1

(1)
Subject to sub-paragraph (2) a person mentioned in paragraph 2(1) or 3(2) may not supply a veterinary medicinal product for promotional purposes.
(2)
Subject to sub-paragraph (3), the person may supply samples of product labelled in a way that clearly identifies them as such to—
(a)
sales representatives who are responsible for promoting the product; or
(b)
those entitled to supply the product during sponsored events.
(3)
Sub-paragraph (2) does not apply in relation to a product containing an antimicrobial substance.
