England, Wales and Scotland

(1)

No person other than a person holding the appropriate F1authorisation under this Schedule may be in possession of any—

(a)

specified feed additive or F2medicinal premix to which this Schedule applies;

(b)

F3intermediate feedingstuffs containing such an additive or a F4medicinal premix; or

(c)

feedingstuffs or complementary feedingstuffs containing F5a medicinal premix unless supplied under these Regulations.

(2)

No person other than a manufacturer or distributor may be in possession of feedingstuffs incorporating a F6medicinal premix unless it has been supplied under a F7medicated feedingstuffs prescription.
