Article 2 Revocations

The following Orders are hereby revoked–

(i)

the Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Order 2003^f1;

(ii)

the Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2003^f2; and

(iii)

the Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2004^f3.
