Paragraph 8 Hospital ordersI1

Section 37A (representations where restriction order not made) is amended as follows.

For subsection (8) substitute—

“(8)

The managers of the relevant hospital must, so far as the managers consider it appropriate to do so, provide the information to the person or the provider of probation services.”

After subsection (8) insert—

“(8A)

If the managers of the relevant hospital provide the information to the provider of probation services, it must provide the information to the person.”
