Paragraph 4 Appointments of members: eligibilityI1

(1)
The Secretary of State or the Minister for the Cabinet Office may by regulations make provision about criteria which must be met by persons in order to be appointed as members of the IBCA.
(2)
The regulations may make provision for a person to cease to be a member of the IBCA if the person no longer meets those criteria.
