Paragraph 9 Committees and sub-committeesI1

United Kingdom

(1)

The IBCA may appoint such committees and sub-committees as it considers appropriate.

(2)

A committee or sub-committee may consist of or include persons who are neither members, nor members of staff, of the IBCA.

(3)

The IBCA may pay such remuneration and allowances as it may determine to any person who—

(a)

is a member of a committee or a sub-committee, but

(b)

is not a member of staff of the IBCA,

whether or not that person is a non-executive member of the IBCA.
