Paragraph 10 I1

For section 1(6) of the Football Spectators Act 1989 (c. 37) (definition of “authorised spectator”) substitute—

“(6)

A person is not to be regarded as a “spectator” in relation to a designated football match if the principal purpose of his being on the premises is to provide services in connection with the match, or to report on it.”
