Paragraph 108 I1

In section 39 of that Act (regulations about procurement), in subsection (4)—

(a)

after ““if”” insert “ it is a devolved Welsh authority (within the meaning given by section 157A of the Government of Wales Act 2006) or if ”;

(b)

in paragraph (b) omit ““or””;

(c)

omit paragraph (c).
