Section 10 Provisions as to sheriff courts.

In this Act the expression “the court” means the sheriff court.

Where in any proceedings under this Act the sheriff in pursuance of Rule 60 of the First Schedule to the M1Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 1907, remits to any person to report, the remuneration of such person shall be defrayed out of moneys provided by Parliament.
