Regulation 17A Scheme year 6 spending incurred before third commencement dateF1
In scheme year 6, a compulsory scheme electricity supplier may treat as an amount of spending incurred under Chapter 4 any spending which—
(a)
was incurred in the period beginning on 1st April 2016 and ending on the day before the third commencement date, and
(b)
would count towards its non-core spending obligation by virtue of Chapter 4 if the Warm Home Discount (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2016 had come into force on 1st April 2016.
