Article 9 Amendment of the Warrenpoint Harbour Authority Order (Northern Ireland) 1971

In Article 3 of the Order of 1971^f1 the reference to section 23 of the Harbours, Docks and Piers Clauses Act 1847^f2 shall be deleted.

For Schedule 1 to the Order of 1971, there shall be substituted the provisions set out in Schedule 1 to this Order.
