Paragraph 21 The Batteries and Accumulators (Placing on the Market) Regulations 2008

For regulation 7(3) of the Batteries and Accumulators (Placing on the Market) Regulations 2008 M1 substitute—

“(3)

In this regulation “waste battery” means any battery which is waste within the meaning of Article 3(1) of Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste.”.
