(a)

for “appropriate person” substitute; “ “Secretary of State” ”

(b)

in paragraph (a), after “works” insert; “ “in England” ”

(3)

In subsection (8), for “appropriate person” substitute “ “Secretary of State” ”

(4)

In subsection (9), omit the words from “ “appropriate person”” to “for Wales;”.
