Regulation 11 Disputed compensation

Any question of disputed compensation must be referred by the person who made the application for compensation in regulation 10 to the Upper Tribunal for determination.

The provisions of section 4 of the Land Compensation Act 1961 M1 apply, subject to any necessary modifications, in relation to the determination of any such compensation.
