Paragraph 9
(1)
The Commission shall comply with paragraph 40 of Schedule 3 to the principal Act (annual reports) in relation to the period between the end of the period to which their last annual report relates and the appointed day.
(2)
The Secretary of State shall lay before each House of Parliament a copy of any annual report sent to him by the Commission in compliance with this paragraph.
