In each of subsections (1) and (4) of section 68 of the 1976 Act (power to make orders relating to differential drainage rates), for the words “the district” there shall be substituted the words “their district”.
(2)
In subsection (5) of that section, for the word “area” there shall be substituted the word “district”.
