In subsection (2) of section 109 of the 1976 Act (regulations and orders), for the words “section 46” there shall be substituted the words “section 28(1A), 29(2A), 46”.

In subsection (3) of that section, after “27,” there shall be inserted “28(1A), 29(2A),”.
