In section 39(3) of that Act (areas in respect of which a review of certain salmon net fishing is to be made), the reference to the areas of the Yorkshire and Northumbrian water authorities shall be construed on and after the transfer date as a reference to the areas which, immediately before that date, were the areas of those authorities for the purposes of their functions relating to fisheries.
