This Order may be cited as the Water Act 2003 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2010.

This Order applies in relation to England only.

(3)

In this Order—

  • “the Act” means the Water Act 2003; and

  • “the 1991 Act” means the Water Industry Act 1991f1.
