Section 21 (validity of enforcement orders) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)—
(a)
for “company to which” there is substituted “ person to whom ”;
(b)
for “company”, in the second place it occurs, there is substituted “ person ”.
(3)
In subsection (2), for “company” there is substituted “ person ”.
