In subsection (1)—
(a)
for “licensed water supplier” there is substituted “ water supply licensee ”;
(b)
for “or supplier's” there is substituted “or licensee's”.
(3)
In subsection (2)(b), for “or supplier” there is substituted “ or licensee ”.
