In section 4(1)(c) of the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 (arrangements for payments in respect of information)–

(a)

for the words from “a” in the second place where it occurs to “1994 (c. 39)” substitute “Scottish Water”; and

(b)

for “authority” in the second place where it occurs substitute “that body”.
