In Schedule 3, in Part 4 to the Electricity Safety, Quality and Continuity Regulations 2002 (notification of specified events), in paragraph 4(a)(i) for “(in Scotland, a water and sewerage authority)” substitute “(in Scotland, Scottish Water)”.
