Section 56B Supplementary functionsF1
(1)
The Scottish Ministers may by order confer on Scottish Water such additional or supplementary functions relating to the provision of water and sewerage services by Scottish Water as the Scottish Ministers consider appropriate so to confer.
(2)
The Scottish Ministers are to consult Scottish Water and the Commission on any order they propose to make under subsection (1).
