The Public Bodies (Water Supply and Water Quality Fees) Order 2013f1 (“the 2013 Order”) is revoked.
(2)
The 2013 Order continues to have effect in relation to the exercise by an inspector of a function listed in column 1 of the table in the Schedule to that Order before 1st April 2016.
