This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1989/1155 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State for the Environment and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 173 of the Water Act 1989f1, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:–
