in paragraph (1) omit “and (2)”;

in paragraph (5) for “not pre-packed shall” substitute “sold loose must”; and

for paragraph (6) substitute—

“(6)

Shortbread, when sold loose must, if sold by retail, be sold only by net weight, unless sold in a quantity of eight pieces or fewer.”
