This Order may be cited as the Weights and Measures (Guernsey and Alderney) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st June 1995.

(2)

In this Order—

  • “the Act” means the Weights and Measures Act 1985; and

  • “Guernsey” means the islands of Guernsey, Herm and Jethou.
