These Regulations amend the Welfare Food Regulations 1988 by increasing the price of dried milk payable by persons entitled to purchase it under the Regulations from £270 to £285. The increase is consequent on the annual up-rating of benefits under section 63 of the Social Security Act 1986 (c. 50).
