In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 13(3) and (4) of the Social Security Act 1988f1 and section 175(2) to (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992f2 (as applied by section 15A of the Social Security Act 1988) and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I hereby make the following Regulations:
