Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Welfare Food (Amendment) Regulations 2005.

These Regulations shall come into force on 6th April 2005.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Welfare Food Regulations 1996f1.
