If the F2Assembly, in relation to a house in Wales, or the Secretary of State in relation to a house in England, certifies that possession of a house which—

(a)

has been acquired by the F3Assembly under section 21A above; and

(b)

is for the time being held by the Assembly for the purposes for which it was acquired,

is immediately required for those purposes, nothing in the M1Rent (Agriculture) Act 1976, the M2Rent Act 1977 or the M3Housing Act 1988 shall prevent the Assembly from obtaining possession of the house.
