Section 21B Disposal of land.F1F2F3

In exercising any power under this Act to dispose of land, the F4Assembly shall not dispose of land for a consideration less than the best that can reasonably be obtained except—
as provided by section 16(7) above; or
F5otherwise as it considers appropriate.
