The title of these Regulations is the Welsh Elections Information Platform Regulations 2025.

(2)

These Regulations come into force on 14 March 2025.

(3)

These Regulations apply to specified elections.

(4)

But these Regulations do not have effect in relation to—

(a)

an election to Senedd Cymru, the poll for which is held on or before 6 April 2026;

(b)

ordinary elections to principal councils in Wales, the polls for which are held on or before 5 May 2027.
