England and Wales

A candidate statement must be submitted—

(a)

to the platform operator as specified in the notice of the submission process published under regulation 13;

(b)

with a statement by the candidate or candidate’s agent confirming that—

(i)

the candidate statement has been prepared by the candidate or the candidate’s agent,

(ii)

the candidate statement complies with the relevant requirements, and

(iii)

the information within the candidate statement is the responsibility of the candidate or the candidate’s agent.
