Regulation 16 Liability for election addresses and candidate statementsI1

(1)
No person is to incur any civil or criminal liability in respect of the publication of the content of an election address or candidate statement on the platform, other than—
(a)
the candidates or candidate to whom the election address or candidate statement relates, and
(b)
the election agent for the candidate or for the registered political party, which has submitted a list of candidates for a constituency, to which the election address or candidate statement relates.
