Regulation 5 Prescribed forms (gambling)
The form set out in Schedule 14 to these Regulations is prescribed as the Welsh and bilingual version of the form set out in the Schedule to the Gambling Act 2005 (Licensed Premises Gaming Machine Permits) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007f1.
