Regulation 3 Standards that are specifically applicableI1

The Welsh Ministers authorise the Welsh Language Commissioner to give a compliance notice to the Welsh Ministers, to county councils, to county borough councils F1, to a corporate joint committee and to National Park authorities requiring them to comply with any of the standards specified under regulation 2.

But the Commissioner is not authorised to give a compliance notice to the Welsh Ministers requiring them to comply with standards 145 or 146 (promotion standards) or standards 173 or 174 (promotion standards that deal with supplementary matters).

The Welsh Ministers authorise the Welsh Language Commissioner to give a compliance notice to the Welsh Revenue Authority requiring it to comply with any of the following standards specified under regulation 2—
