(1)

The validity of an act of a person as Commissioner is not affected by a defect in the appointment of—

(a)

that person, or

(b)

any member of the Advisory Panel.

(2)

The validity of an act of a person exercising functions of the Commissioner is not affected by a defect in the appointment of—

(a)

that person,

(b)

the Commissioner, or

(c)

any member of the Advisory Panel.
