Paragraph 9 I1
A may apply to the Tribunal to have the notice under paragraph 5 cancelled on the grounds that a requirement imposed by the notice is—
(a)
unnecessary having regard to the purpose of the investigation, or
(b)
otherwise unreasonable or disproportionate.
