(b)

in subsection (3), for “must” substitute “ may (as respects the Welsh Language Commissioner) or must (as respects another Ombudsman) ”;

(c)

in subsection (5), for “must” substitute “ may (as respects the Welsh Language Commissioner) or must (as respects another Ombudsman) ”;

(d)

in subsection (6), after paragraph (b) insert—
