The title of this Order is the Welsh Levy Board Order 2008.

Articles 2, 3(1) and (2), 4, 5, 8, 9 and 10 and Schedule 2 come into force the day after this Order is made.

(3)

The remainder of the Order comes into force on 1 April 2008.
