Article 11 Conservation of Seals Act 1970

The functions of the Secretary of State under section 1(2) (prohibited methods of killing seals) of the Conservation of Seals Act 1970 M1, so far as they are exercisable in relation to Wales, are transferred to the Welsh Ministers.
