An application has been made to the Secretary of State in accordance with the Infrastructure Planning (Applications: Prescribed Forms and Procedures) Regulations 2009^f1 for an order under sections 37, 115, 117, 120 and 122 of the Planning Act 2008^f2. The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 114 of the Planning Act 2008, makes the following Order:
