Schedule 5 LAND IN WHICH ONLY NEW RIGHTS, ETC. MAY BE ACQUIREDI1

(a) Right of access to construct, place and use the pipeline together with all necessary ancillary equipment, works and apparatus;

(b) Right of access, once the pipeline is laid, to inspect and to excavate and to open up or carry out works on a strip of land 18.3 metres in width (under which the pipeline has been laid) in order to maintain^f1 the pipeline;

(c) Right of access to execute any other works for the purposes of or incidental to the construction, use or maintenance of the pipeline or in consequence of its being placed there including but not limited to drainage works, ground and aerial marker posts, temporary bridges and pedestrian crossings over ditches, protective concrete slabs, culverts to facilitate inspection and maintenance and cathodic or other protection works; and

(d) Right of access with or without vehicles, plant, apparatus and materials to pass over the land for the purposes of exercising or in connection with the rights referred to above.

(d) Right of access with or without vehicles, plant, apparatus and materials to pass over the land for the purposes of exercising or in connection with the rights referred to above.

(c) Right of access to execute any other works for the purposes of or incidental to the construction use or maintenance of the pipeline or in consequence of its being placed there including but not limited to drainage works, ground and aerial marker-posts, temporary bridges and pedestrian crossings over ditches, protective concrete slabs, culverts to facilitate inspection and maintenance and cathodic or other protection works; and

(d) Right of access with or without vehicles, plant, apparatus and materials to pass over the land for the purposes of exercising or in connection with the rights referred to above.

(c) Right of access to execute any other works for the purposes of or incidental to the construction, use or maintenance of the pipeline or in consequence of its being placed there including but not limited to drainage works, ground and aerial marker-posts, temporary bridges and pedestrian crossings over ditches, protective concrete slabs, culverts to facilitate inspection and maintenance and cathodic or other protection works; and

(d) Right of access with or without vehicles, plant, apparatus and materials to pass over the land for the purposes of exercising or in connection with the rights referred to above.

(c) Right of access to execute any other works for the purposes of or incidental to the construction use or maintenance of the pipeline or in consequence of its being placed there including but not limited to drainage works, ground and aerial marker-posts, and inspection, monitoring, maintenance, culverts to facilitate inspection and maintenance and cathodic or other protection works.

(d) Right of access with plant, apparatus and materials to pass over the land on foot for the purposes of exercising or in connection with the rights referred to above.
