Paragraph 5
The restricted apparatus is to be taken to have been duly condemned as forfeited if—
(a)
by the end of the period for the giving of a notice of claim in respect of the apparatus, no notice of claim has been given to OFCOM; or
(b)
a notice of claim is given which does not comply with the requirements of paragraphs 3 and 4.
