In Schedule 10 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (munitions and transmitters: search and seizure) in paragraph 1(3), in the definition of “wireless telegraphy”, for “has the same meaning as in section 19(1) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949” substitute “ has the meaning given by section 116 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 ”.
