Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 20(3) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949^f1, section10 of the Marine, &c., Broadcasting (Offences) Act 1967^f2, section 108 of the Telecommunications Act 1984^f3and section 204(6) of the Broadcasting Act 1990^f4, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
