Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by subsection (3) of section 20 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949^f1 as that subsection has effect by virtue of section 9(2) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1998^f2, and section 9(3) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1998, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
