In section 119 (territorial application)—

(a)

in subsection (1)(a), for “the United Kingdom or UK territorial sea” substitute “Jersey or Jersey’s territorial sea.”;

(b)

in subsection (1)(b)—

(i)

for “the United Kingdom” where it first occurs substitute “Jersey”; and

(ii)

for “United Kingdom or UK territorial sea” substitute “Jersey or Jersey’s territorial sea”;

(c)

in subsection (1)(c)—

(i)

for “the United Kingdom or UK territorial sea” in each place where it occurs substitute “Jersey or Jersey’s territorial sea”; and

(ii)

for paragraph (ii) substitute—
